David Rowley

David Rowley Founding Partner

David has spent his entire career in healthcare marketing and communications, divided evenly between client side and agency side. Client side includes senior marketing roles with Searle, Wyeth and Sandoz, before setting up the marketing consultancy PBC in 1995. Since that time, David has led PBC through the acquisition by Huntsworth, rebranding as Huntsworth Health, and as Global CEO led the business to become one of the major health communication groups in the world, with offices across Europe and the USA. David's specific area of expertise lies in strategic brand building, and the role of research in informing global communication programmes.

Sandy Royden

Sandy Royden Founding Partner

A Pharmacist by profession, with over 20 years experience within the industry, Sandy has a great grounding in Pharmaceutical marketing at a global, European and UK domestic level. Sandy worked in development, sales, marketing and communications at Novartis and Sanofi and more recently spent 5 years at Huntsworth Health, where she headed up the European team, managing the integrated brand communications, medical communications and market research offerings. With broad experience across the communications mix, Sandy's specific area of expertise lies within medical communications.

Marcus Perry

Marcus Perry Founding Partner

With 25 years' experience, primarily in the Pharmaceutical industry, Marcus is a Creative at heart. His first love is brands and the brand building and communication process. He has been able to apply this across a number of disciplines for brands both globally and locally. He joined David Rowley in 1996 as a Creative Director of PBC and held the posts of UK Managing Director and Global Creative Director after their takeover by Huntsworth Health in 2001. Over the last two years he has been leading the Nitrogen team as President in North America, based in Philadelphia and San Francisco. He now happily returns to his creative roots at OPEN Health.

Roger Selman

Roger Selman Founding Partner

Roger is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years' experience in the marketing services sector, including Group Finance Director of Shandwick PLC and later Huntsworth PLC, retiring in 2006. In 2007 he became CFO of the healthcare division of Huntsworth, until 2010. As a founding partner of OPEN Health Roger is directing the finances of the business.

Matthew Baker

Matthew Baker Partner and Managing Director of OPEN LEC

Matthew joined LEC from Huntsworth in 2010, where he was Director of Digital Communication & Director of Brand Strategy. With 16 years' Pharmaceutical marketing under his belt, Matthew has spent the last 5 years leading Pan-European and Global accounts and heading up a digital department which serviced advertising, medical education and PR divisions of Huntsworth. He now joins OPEN Health as a partner and will continue to lead the OPEN LEC team from strength to strength.

Andy Bell

Andy Bell Partner

Andy arrives as Head of Creative Strategy, bringing with him 16 years' experience in both consumer and pharmaceutical marketing. While passionate for all things digital, Andy has particular expertise in writing and will be an important resource in providing content across all our channels.

Cory Inglis

Cory Inglis Partner and Managing Director of OPEN PLAN

Cory brings 10 years pharmaceutical industry client side experience and 6 years agency global market research and marketing expertise. Additionally Cory has significant people-management experience, having most recently been divisional director at nitrogen. Cory will be the managing director of OPEN Plan and take partnership within OPEN Health.

Ben Wagenaar

Ben Wagenaar Partner

Ben has worked in digital media for more than 13 years, beginning with a number of software development roles and more recently as Technical Director. A social media advocate, his technical understanding gained from being closely involved in the production and delivery of digital media in this time provides important support and training for our clients and account teams across the OPEN group. Ben joins as Head of Digital Strategy.

Richard Gilmore

Richard Gilmore Associate Partner

Richard is a trained qualitative researcher, and an entrepreneur by disposition. He set up and ran Insight Research Group in the early Eighties and grew it to be one of the largest and most successful independent healthcare agencies in the world. Mid 90's and concurrently he co-founded PBC, a very successful marketing communications agency, which was later sold to a major group. The company Insight itself was a founding member of The Cello Group, and subsequently Richard became Chairman of its research and consultancy division, tasked with its organic growth and acquisition programme. An innovator, he invented many research techniques common in the industry today and has presented papers at workshops and conferences around the world.

Margot Rozga

Margot Rozga Partner

Margot has worked exclusively within the Pharmaceutical and Communications industry for 15 years. From sales and key account management roles at AstraZeneca, Takeda and Merck, she has spent the last 4 years at Huntsworth Health leading communications programmes at a UK, European and Global level. Margot possesses an instinctive understanding of how best to nurture relationships with health innovators and decision makers to build successful communications platforms. She brings her considerable experience to OPEN Health where she has particular responsibility for augmenting the Medical Communications business.
