Internal recruitment - Resourcer in our Talent Team

You will be a success if you:

  • Have a passion for recruitment - ideally (but not essentially) in healthcare communications, pharma or (life) sciences
  • Are administratively strong - comfortable with systems, reporting and process 
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Are able to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously
  • Thrive on doing a good job by providing excellent service to hiring managers and within your own team
  • Are both highly organised and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Have the ability to think for yourself and consider the bigger picture
  • Can work within the OPEN Health core values at all times demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally, your background will inlcude:

  • Previous work experience in a Resourcer, Recruitment Administrator or HR support
  • Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Hands on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Independently carried out data and market mapping exercises
  • Process and reporting improvements

Essential skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
  • Strong MS Office skills – Excel (ideally with pivot tables as this is how we will be generating reports for the foreseeable future) and Powerpoint
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work across a number of different businesses, juggling conflicting priorities
  • A resolution based attitude

The role is based in London, but you'll need to be able to travel to our Head Office in Marlow, Bucks when required (travel costs covered). We offer a stimulating work environment, plenty of scope for development and an excellent benefits package. Get in touch today.


Location

Holborn is a buzzing, intellectual pocket of Central London forming part of the London Borough of Camden and the City of Westminster. Right at the centre of the capital, it is a key commercial area situated only a short walk away from the West End and Covent Garden, which provides everything from blockbuster musicals to beautifully staged ballets. Many restaurants populate the area, aided by the surrounding luxury hotels, and the green spaces offered by the likes of Lincoln’s Inn fields also makes up for the distance from London’s major parks.
